SMS Messaging Terms

1. You will receive a SMS message 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please reply “CANCEL” if you would like to cancel your appointment.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to resubscribe, you must sign up once again to begin receiving messages again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with any message issues. you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance. You can also receive help directly Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm at 262-632-0000 or by email 7 days a week at admin2@firstcarewi.com

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive text messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
